逆向切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胬肉逆向切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对2007年5月-2008年12月我院收治的78例(92只眼)翼状胬肉患者行胬肉逆向切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后随访6月-2年。结果除3眼复发外,余均治愈,复发率为3.26%。结论翼状胬肉逆向切除可使病灶切除更彻底,可减少组织损伤,角膜缘干细胞移植重建角膜缘,角膜上皮修复快,可有效防止翼状胬肉复发。Objetive To observe therapeutic effects of reverse excision combined with the auto-corneal limbus stem cell transplantation for pterygium.Methods A total 78 cases 92（eyes） with pterygium were operated by reverse direction excision combined with corneal limbus stem cell transplantation.Postoperative follow-up time was from 6 months to 2 years.Results Except for 3 eyes relapsed,all the remainders were cured,and the recurrence rate was 3.26%.Conclusion The Reverse removal of pterygium excision can be more thoroughly,and reduce tissue damage.Corneal limbal stem cell graft,in which corneal epithelial repair fast,can effectively prevent recurrence of pterygium.
