摘　　要：项目化管理是以项目为对象的系统管理方法，其理念应用于大学课程教学活动的管理，能够激活学生创新意识，开阔学生视野，拓展学生的知识面，增强学生的团队精神。本文以数据库课程为例，介绍了项目化管理方法在教学中的实践过程，证明在教学中使用项目化管理方法可以提高教学质量，促进学生能力的提高和素质的培养，进一步实现对学生的素质教育。Project management is a management system taking project as the object, the concept used in the management of uni- versity teaching activities is to activate students＇ sense of innovation, broaden their horizons and expand the students knowledge, to enhance students＇ team spirit. In this paper, a database program example, describes the project management approach in teaching practice, that instruction in project management methods can improve the quality of teaching and promoting student＇s ability to im- orove the aualitv of trainin~ and further education to achieve the Quality of students.
