摘　　要：目的检测碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）在胃癌及癌前病变组织中的表达情况，探讨bFGF的表达与胃癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用SP免疫组化法检测慢性浅表性胃炎（CSG组）、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴中重度肠上皮化生（IM组）、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴中重度不典型增生（Dys组）各30例、胃癌（GC组）40例组织中bFGF的表达情况，观察四组间差异。结果经检测，CSG组、IM组、Dys组及GC组bFGF表达情况分别为46．67％（14／30）、53．33％（16／30）、60．00％（18／30）及77．50％（31／40），四组间bFGF表达情况差异有统计学意义（P=0．0480）；bFGF的阳性表达位于大部分上皮和腺体，可见棕黄色颗粒沉着，主要位于细胞浆。结论bFGF表达在胃癌发生、发展过程中起一定作用。Objective To explore the relationship of bFGF in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer. Methods The expression of bFGF was determined by immunohistochemical method in 130 gastric specimens including 30 cases of chronic superficial gastritis,30 cases of intestinal metaplasia,30 cases of dysplasia and 40 cases of gastric carcinomas. Results In control group with chronic superficial gastritis,precaneeroas group,and gastric carcinoma group,the expression level of bFGF had a increasing tendency（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of bFGF was up-regulated in the carcinogenesis of gastric carcinoma.
