摘　　要：分段诊断性刮宫是传统的诊断子宫内膜癌的有效方法,随着对子宫内膜癌研究的不断深入,2009年FIGO对子宫内膜癌重新分期,分段诊断性刮宫的作用已引起广泛关注和思考,该文阐述了分段诊断性刮宫对子宫内膜癌诊断、术前评估以及预后的作用,重新再认识分段诊断性刮宫的意义。Fractional dilation and curettage is an effective traditional diagnostic method for endometrial carcinoma. As the development of FIGO staging system of endometrial carcinoma in 2009, many gynecologists are wondering if fractional dilation and curettage still plays an important role in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. This review summarizes the application of fractional dilation and curettage in diagnosis, prognostic prediction and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma in order to re-evaluate its application.
