摘 要:目的:探讨Ⅱ期手术时利用腭侧滑行瓣增加上颌后牙区种植体颊侧的角化牙龈宽度的可行性。方法:18例患者58枚种植体,颊侧角化牙龈不足,Ⅱ期手术使用全厚腭侧滑行瓣颊侧复位,种植修复完成后6个月,比较手术前后种植体颊侧角化龈宽度变化。结果:术前种植体颊侧角化龈平均宽度(0.30±0.45)mm,术后为(3.50±0.64)mm,平均角化龈宽度增加(3.20±0.88)mm,手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ⅱ期手术时利用腭侧滑行瓣可提高上颌后牙区种植体周角化龈宽度,该方法技术简便易行,可预测性好。Objective: To describe and evaluate a surgical approach for maxillary implant uncovering that augments the buccal peri-implant keratinized gingiva. Methods: Fifty-eight implants in 18 patients were included in this study. A combination of full-thickness buccally repositioned and palatal sliding flaps was carried out during the second stage operation. The increased width of buccal per-implant keratinized gingiva was measured at 6 months after restoration finished. Results : The average width of preoperative keratinized gingiva was (0. 30 ±0. 45 ) mm, that of postoperative was (3.50 ±0.64 ) mm. The difference between preoperative and postoperative was significant different ( P 〈 0.05 ). The average increased width was (3.20 ±0. 88 ) mm. Conclusion: Using a combi- nation of full-thickness buccally repositioned and palatal sliding flaps to increase the width of buceal peri-implant keratinized gingival is simple, effective and predictable.
