摘  要:目的制备纳米细菌纤维素膜,并对其形貌及相关性能进行检测。方法用红茶菌做菌种通过茶水发酵法制备纳米细菌纤维素,利用扫描电镜对其进行形貌结构观察,并对其吸水性、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率等性能进行的检测。结果新鲜制备的细菌纤维素膜为无色半透明胶冻状膜,表面光滑;膜呈疏松的网状结构;其吸水率达到90.5%,而其干膜的再次吸水率仅为70%左右;其拉伸强度及断裂伸长率分别为21.05 MPa及1.8%。结论本研究表明该方法制备的细菌纤维素具有良好的吸水性及机械性能,有广泛的应用前景。Objective To prepare the nano-bacterial cellulose(NBC) membrane and analyze the characteristics of its structure and relative properties.Methods Red-tea fungus was used as the culturing strain,and NBC membrane produced through fermentation of tea,the surface morphology of NBC membrane was observed under SEM,the performances of their water absorption,the tensile strength and the elongation at break were also measured.Results The NBC membranes of fresh prepared were smooth,semitransparent and jel alike,and their surface morphology were porous network structure,the water hold capacity of wet BC membrane was up to 90.5%,while it was only 70% in dry membrane when it saturated with water,the tensile strength and the elongation at break were 21.05MPa and 1.8%m respectively.Conclusion It shows that the BC prepared through this method has excellent water absorption,mechanical property,and has a wide application foreground.
