摘  要:目的:评价不同自酸蚀黏结系统对窝沟封闭剂剪切黏结强度的影响。方法:将24颗正畸拔除的前磨牙随机分为4组,以1种两步法自酸蚀黏结剂Clearfil SE Bond(A组)和3种一步法自酸蚀黏结剂XenoⅢ(B组),AdperPrompt(C组),Tokuyama Bond Force(D组)分别与3MConcise窝沟封闭剂进行黏结,蒸馏水中室温保存24h后,电子万能材料试验机检测剪切黏结强度,扫描电镜(SEM)观察断裂类型及断面形态。结果:A组的剪切黏结强度明显高于B、C、D 3组,与B组和D组比较差别具有显著性(P﹤0.05),SEM观察断面类型大部分为混合破坏。结论:一步法自酸蚀黏结系统对窝沟封闭剂的剪切黏结强度低于两步法自酸蚀黏结系统;两步法自酸蚀黏结系统比一步法更适用于窝沟封闭。Objective: To evaluate the effects of different self-etching adhesive systems on the shear bond strength of pit and fissure sealants.Methods: 24 premolars extracted for orthodontic treatment were divided into four groups.Pit and fissure sealants were bonded after using one kind of two-step self-etching adhesive(Clearfil SE Bond,group A)and three kinds of one-step self-etching adhesives(Xeno Ⅲ,group B;Adper Prompt,group C;and Tokuyama Bond Force,group D).Shear bond strengths of the specimens were obtained by computer-controlled electronic testing machine after 24h water storage.The type and morphology of the fractured bonding surfaces were observed under scanning electronic microscope.Results: The shear bond strength of group A was greater than other three groups.There was significant difference between group A and group B or D(P0.05).SEM examinations indicated that the mixing failure was the most mode of fracture.Conclusion: Bond strengths of pit and fissure sealants of one-step self-etching adhesive system were lower than two-step self-etching adhesive system.Two-step self-etching adhesive system was more applicable to pit and fissure sealants than one-step self-etching adhesive system.
