双期和单期矫治安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错颌疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:对安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错颌下颌后缩的病例采用双期矫治和单期矫治,并对两种方法疗效进行比分析较。方法:选择安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错颌患者25例,∠ANB>5°,覆盖>6mm,随机分成两组,分别进行双期和单期矫治治疗,将治疗前后头颅侧位定位X线片进行测量研究。结果:两组病例在矫治后颌关系均有较大改善,双期矫治较单期矫治下面高(ANS-Me)增长明显,单期矫治下切牙较唇倾,其余项目上差异并没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:对于安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者用两种方法治疗均得到了的改善,双期矫治对下颌骨增长有一定刺激作用,单期矫治更多表现为牙齿代偿,其余项目双期矫治相比较与单期矫治疗效并无差异。Obejective ： To compare dentoalvealar outcomes after two - phase and one - phase orthodontic treatment of class Ⅱ matocclusions. Mathod：wenty - five chil dren of class Ⅱ malocclusion are choosen, ∠ ANB 〉 5° , overbite 〉 6mm. The sample were divided into two groups ,Two phase and given One phase Treatment respectively. The Cephalograph were taken pre - treatment and posttreatment and measured with lateral cephalometrics. Results： There were all improved in the two groups,we found ANS -Me increased in twophase treatment, and after one - phase treatment, the lower teeth were procline. And others were no significangt differenc between two groups. Conclusion： After treatmeuat, all cases of two groups have improved greatly, there may more mandible growth in two - phase treatment and more dental compensation in one -phase treatment. Others were no difference between two phase treatment and one phase treatment.
