多种疗法协同治疗儿童斑秃40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察多种疗法协同治疗儿童斑秃的临床疗效。方法:对40例斑秃患儿采用多种疗法协同治疗,口服复合维生素B、转移因子口服液,局部梅花针叩刺、氦氖激光照射,并外擦艾洛松。对照组30例患儿仅口服复合维生素B、局部外擦艾洛松。两组均治疗2个月,并在治疗结束1个月后判断疗效。结果:治疗结束1个月后,治疗组痊愈24例,显效13例,进步3例。对照组痊愈12例,显效7例,进步8例,两组比较有显著性差异。结论:多种疗法协同治疗斑秃可以改善局部及全身免疫功能,促进局部血液循环,增加毛囊营养供给,有效刺激毛囊生发,安全性高、疗效好,是较适合儿童的治疗方法。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of manifold therapy which taking for Compound VitaminB tablets,Transfer Factor Oral Solution,local percussopunctator He - Ne laser irradiation, Rubbing Mometasone Furoate Cream on the affected areas to forty children with Alopecia Areata. Method：forty children with Alopecia Areata were treated by manifold therapy with taking for Compound VitaminB tablets,Transfer Factor Oral Solution,local percussopunetator He - Ne laser irradiation, Rubbing Mometasone Furoate Cream on the affected areas, thirty children with Alopecia Areata in the control group only taking for Compound VitaminB tablets and Rubbing Mometasone Furoate Cream on local. The therapeutical time of two groups was two months, The therapeutical effect was evaluated after one month finishing treatment. Results ： Among 40 suffering children 24 had been cured, 13 visibly improved and 3 improved. Among 30 suffering children of control group, 12 had been cured,7 visibly improved and 8 improved. The difference of two groups was remarkable. Conclusion： Manifold therapy can improve the local and the systemic immunity, accelerate the local blood circulation, increase nutrition to follicles, stimulate hair growth, It is a kind of therapy fitted perfectly children, which has safety aug visibly therapeutic effect.
