中西医结合治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性139例

摘　　要：目的探讨渗出型老年性黄斑变性的中西医结合治疗。方法中西医结合治疗:(1)西医:采用光动力疗法,口服复合维生素B、C、E(;2)中医:采用口服加味生脉散(自拟)随症加减和口服丹参滴丸。结果 139例病例,178只患眼中,痊愈125只,占70.22%;好转44只,占24.72%;无效9只,占5.06%,总有效率为94.94%。结论中西医结合治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性有很好的疗效。Objective Of exudative age-related macular degeneration Combined TCM and WM. Methods Integrative Medicine： （1）Western medicine： the use of photodynamic therapy, oral administration of vitamin B, C, E; （2）Chinese medicine： the use of oral JiaWeiShengMaiSan （self） and oral Danshen Diwan. Results In 139 cases, 178 eyes of patients, recovered 125, accounting for 70.22%; improved 44, accounting for 24.72%; invalid nine, accounting for 5.06%, the total effective rate was 94.94%. Conclusion The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment Exudative age-related macular degeneration to have the very good curative effect.
