摘　　要：目的:探讨单纯乳腺肿块影像征像与病理良恶性之间的关系,为放射医师的临床诊断思路提供数理支持。方法:收集235例单纯肿块性病变的乳腺影像图像,分析各影像征像与病理之间的关系。结果:肿块毛刺征、密度、边缘、形态、透亮环以及腺体类型对单纯肿块性病变的良恶性鉴别均有显著影响。肿块的直径大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在临床乳腺影像诊断工作中对单纯肿块性病变的评定给分,宜按照肿块毛刺征、密度、边缘、形态、透亮环依次递减的顺序予以考虑,并关注乳腺的腺体背景类型。Objective To evaluate the relationship betwenn mass imaging charecters and pathology and give theoretical support to radiologist for their daily work.Methods 235 cases of simple mass are cellected and retrospectively analyzed.The relationgship between mass characters and pathology is analyzed by using Kruskal-Wallis and Logistic.Results The mass characters,such as breast parenchymal density,mass shape,mass margin,mass density,spiculate and areola have Significant effect to identify benign and malignant tumors.The size of the mass don＇t have effect in the clinical diagnosis（P0.05）.Conclusion Spiculate,mass density,mass margin,mass shape,and areola have decreasing performance to identify benign and malignant tumors.The breast parenchymal patterns also should be considered.
