谈高校图书馆学科馆员制度的建立——以衡水学院为例

摘　　要：学科馆员制是图书馆服务的先进模式。随着图书馆事业的快速发展,原有服务模式己不能满足读者需求,图书馆要提高服务质量、提升服务水平,均需要建立一种新的服务模式——学科馆员制。衡水学院图书馆从建章立制、人才培养、调整藏书结构、加大数字文献建设力度等方面入手,己初步具备建立学科馆员制的条件。Subject librarian system is the advanced mode of library service.With the rapid development of library,the original mode can＇t meet readers＇ demand.So a new service mode of subject librarian system must be established if the library wants to improve its service quality and level.And the library has had the initial conditions to establish the subject library system for its efforts in the areas of rule-establishing,talent cultivation,collection structure,adjustment of digital literature and so on.
