摘 要:局部放电定位检测是电气设备绝缘机理研究与质量监控的关键项目,是状态维修的重要基础,局放超声阵列定位方法可有效提高定位成功率及定位精度。传统方法中"测向交叉"原理会出现"异面不相交"和"误差累计"情况,降低了定位精度,据此,论文提出了一种基于多平台测向及全局搜索的阵列定位新方法。该方法首先以空间中到各条测向线距离和的最小值对应的点为局放源,再根据多次测向方位角、俯仰角结果及传感器位置,推导局放源坐标方程。然后采用云优化算法进行全局搜索,实现局放源的空间定位,有效地提高了局放超声阵列定位精度。最后搭建了局放超声阵列定位实验系统,开展了大量实验研究,实验结果验证了方法的正确性与优越性。PD locating detection is a key project in electrical equipment insulation mechanism research and quality control.Emphasized much by the power department,it is an important foundation in transformer's condition maintenance.Based on the errors of "noncoplanar disjoint line" and the "cumulative errors"in the method of "locating cross",and the principle of multi-platform locating principle and global search with cloud optimization,a novel method to locate the PD in transformer is presented.According to the direction angle and elevation angle of multiple locating lines and the known coordinates of sensors,the PD source is referred to the point from which the sum of distance in space to all the locating lines is the minimum value.Then global search the min-distance function with cloud theory optimization algorithm(CTOA) to obtain the accurate geometric space coordinates of PD source.Finally,a PD ultrasonic array location experimental system is build,and extensive experiment research are conducted,the results of the research verify the accuracy and superiority of the method.
