摘　　要：建立了乙腈:丙酮(3:7,V/V)混合溶液提取,CARB/NH2固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)同时测定中草药保健食品中41种有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留,外标法定量。方法的检出限为0.01～0.05 mg/kg,回收率为62.2%～114.9%,相对标准偏差为4.5%～15%。方法适用于多种农药残留的同时检测。A method has been established for the simultaneous determination of 41 pesticide residues of organophosphorus and carbamates in Chinese Herbal Health Food by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） with a external standard method.The samples were extracted with mixed solution of acetonitrile/acetone（3：7,v/v） and purified by CARB/NH2 solid phase extraction column.The limits of detection（LOD） were 0.01 mg/kg to 0.05 mg/kg.The recoveries ranged from 62.2% to 114.9% and the relative standard deviations ranged from 4.41% to 14.6%.This method is simple,accurate and applicable to multi-pesticides analysis.
