摘 要:[目的]建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定农药中间体质量分数的方法。[方法]采用RTX-1涂壁石英毛细管柱与FID检测器,癸二腈为内标物,柱温165℃,进样口与检测器温度均为230℃。气体流量(mL/min):载气(氮气)3.0、补充气(氮气)30、氢气40及空气300,分流比20∶1。[结果]平均回收率99.5%,标准偏差为0.271,变异系数为0.282%,线性相关系数为0.9998。[结论]该方法准确可靠、简便、快速,可用于产品质量检测。The method of quantitive analysis of 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxypyrimidine was established by capillary gas chromatography.[Methods] The silica chromatographic column packed with RTX-1 and FID detector were used,the internal standard was sebaconitrile and the temperature of the column,the detector and injection port were set at 165,230 and 230 °C respectively.The flow rate of the carrier gas of nitrogen,the makeup gas of nitrogen,the hydrogen and the air were decided at 3.0,30,40 and 300 mL/min respectively.The split ratio was selected 20∶1.[Results] The average recovery was 99.5%,the stand deviation was 0.271,the variation voefficient was 0.282% and the linear correlation was 0.9998.[Conclusions] The method was accurate,convenient and fast,which could be used for quality detection.
