路优泰治疗葡萄膜炎并发抑郁倾向的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探索控制激素抑郁副作用的有效方法。方法:60例葡萄膜炎患者分为2组,观察组30例给予路优泰联合心理疗法控制激素抑郁倾向,对照组30例未给予特殊治疗。治疗开始、1周、2周采用抑郁自评量表(SDS),焦虑自评量表(SAS),评定临床疗效。结果:对照组较观察组有明显抑郁倾向,两组比较得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Objective：To explore effective methods of controlling depression side effects of hormone.Methods：60 patients with Uveitis is divided into 2 groups,observe group of 30 cases was treated by St.John′Wort combined with psychotherapy,control hormones in depression;control groups are not given special treatment for 30 cases.Treatment began,one week,two weeks with depression rating scale（SDS）,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,evaluation of clinical effect.Results：Control group is a clear depression,comparing two groups scoring difference statistically significant（P0.05）.there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions：St.John′Wort combined with psychological therapy can better control in patients with depression.
