摘　　要：目的:检测宫颈肿瘤组织中Kail的表达及临床意义。方法:免疫组化SP法检测117例石蜡包埋的不同病变宫颈组织中Kail蛋白的表达情况。结果:在正常宫颈组织→CIN→宫颈癌中,Kail表达强度逐渐减弱(P<0.05),在宫颈癌中的表达强度随着肿瘤细胞分化程度下降而降低(P<0.05),与发病年龄、临床分期、淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论:Kail蛋白与宫颈癌的发生进展密切相关,Kail表达下降或缺失是宫颈癌的表现之一。Objective：To study the expression of metastasis suppressor gene kai1 in human cervical tumors and its significance.Methods：To detect the expression of metastasis suppressor gene kai1,117 paraffin embedded samples of different cervical tumor were examined using immunohistochemical staining technique.Results：（1）The expression of KAI1 tended to decrease with tumor progress（P0.05）.The expression of kai1 protein was decreasing with descending of cell histological grade in cervical carcinoma（P0.05）.But the expression of kai1 in different patients′ age,clinical stage and lymphonode metastasis had no statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusions：Kai1 might play an important role in the occurrence of cervical carcinoma.
