摘　　要：马克思主义分配观中国化是马克思主义中国化的有机组成部分,由于客观形势、理论局限、体制因素及领导者个人主观因素的影响,在建国以来中共第一代领导集体时期经历了两次重大挫折。中国共产党人必须从中吸取教训,从而更好地把马克思主义分配观与中国社会主义建设实际结合起来。Marxist Distribution Doctrine is an organic component of introducing and adapting the theory to suit Chi- na, but given the objective situations , theoretical limitation , system factors and individual subjective factors of the Leadership, this process experienced two major setbacks during the first generation of collective leadership of the CPC since the founding of the nation. The CPC must learn from the history, so as to associate Marxian Distribution View with Chinese socialist construction practice.
