摘　　要：目的建立蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫患者粪样刮片标本的复合三色染色方法。方法用聚乙烯醇固定液替代传统三色染色法中的肖氏固定液，并与病理切片Masson三色染色法相结合，对现场收集的粪样刮片标本进行染色观察。结果蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫包囊的轮廓与内部结构清晰，着色较为丰富。结论复合三色染色法可用于蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫标本的染色保存。Objective To develop a combined trichrome stain method for the examination of Giarlia lamblia in fecal smears. Methods Stool specimens collected from the field were preserved in polyvinyl alcohol fixative instead of Schaudinn＇s fixative, and were stained by Gomori＇s combined with Masson＇s trichrome staining and examined under the Olympus microscope. Results The Giarlia lamblia cysts were stained colorfully and their morphology and internal structures were distinct. Conclusion It is practical to examine the Giarlia lamblia cysts with the combined trichrome stain method.
