累及右侧心腔的静脉内平滑肌瘤病三例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：为了探讨心脏受累的静脉内平滑肌瘤病(ICL)的临床特征和诊治要点,回顾分析3例ICL患者的临床和病理资料,并对相关文献进行复习。3例患者中2例有心慌、胸闷、晕厥或静脉栓塞症状,1例有子宫肌瘤手术史。3例均一期行盆腔肿瘤加静脉瘤栓取出术。随访10～37个月,无复发病例。初步研究结果提示,ICL治疗以手术为主,提高术中确诊率与正确选择手术方式能改善其预后。肿瘤可复发,长期随访十分必要。The objective of this study was to study the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of intra venous leiomyomatosis with cardiac extension （ICL）. A retrospective analysis was performed on 3 patients of ICL, and related literatures were reviewed. TWo of all presented with cardiac symptoms associated with a right atrial mass. The other had previously undergone hysterectomy because of uteri leiomyoma. They were all treated with surgical re section in one-stage. After 10 to 37 month＇s follow up,no recurrence was found. In conclusions,ICL is a rare benign tumor, and surgical excision is the most optimum therapy. The prognosis can be improved if the disease could be correctly diagnosed during the operation and treated with combined modality therapy. Since a tendency to recur,long term follow-up is recommended.
