论高校学生管理中的听证制度

摘　　要：在高校学生管理中引入听证制度有助于维护学生的合法权益、提高高校学生管理水平,实现高校学生管理的法治化,及时化解高校与大学生的纠纷,增强学生的法治观念。高校应尽可能在涉及学生基本权利的领域引入听证制度。听证主体包括听证组织者、主持人和参加人。具体程序包括事前、事中和事后程序。In universities,the student management system for the introduction of hearing help maintain the legitimate rights and interests of students and improve the management level of college students,college students manage to achieve the rule of law,resolve disputes university and college students,strengthen the rule of law students.Colleges and universities try to make it possible to ensure the fundamental rights of students in the field of the introduction of hearing system,including the hearing of the main organizers,hosts and participants.Its specific procedures include pre-,during and after procedures.
