摘  要:为了研究我国南方中低纬度地区极端冰雪气候对地质灾害的影响,本文选取2008年初受冰雪灾害影响最严重的湖南省为研究区,对娄底、郴州、衡阳等县市冰雪期间发生的典型地质灾害进行了现场调查,分析了湖南省极端冰雪条件下地质灾害的规模、成因类型、结构特征和成灾特点,并探讨了地质灾害的空间分布规律,结果表明:极端冰雪条件下,湖南省地质灾害种类多,并以小型斜坡灾害为主;灾害成因可以划分为"冰雪诱发"和"人为+冰雪诱发"两类,且不同成因类型灾害的成灾特征具有显著的区别;地质灾害的分布与冰冻灾害分布较一致,且多分布在陡峭的中低山区。In order to study the correlation between the extreme rain-snow-ice weather and geo-hazards in the middle and low latitudes over South China,this paper takes Hunan Province which suffered an extreme freeze catastrophe in 2008 as study area.Firstly,the field investigations are conducted on the typical disasters which occurred under the extreme weather in the cities of Loudi,Chenzhou and Hengyang.Secondly,the paper analyzes the scale,deformation degree,material composition and the inducing factors of geo-hazards under the extreme rain-snow-ice weather in Hunan Province.And finally,it discusses the distribution law of geo-hazards under the extreme rain-snow-ice weather in Hunan Province.The results show that the diverse types of the geo-hazards under the extreme rain-snow-ice weather are mainly small-scale slope disasters.The inducing factors can be divided into two types: "ice-snow induced" and "human and ice-snow induced",and the characteristics of disasters are significantly different between the two types.The spatial distribution of geo-hazards is basically tallied with the influence scope of the extreme weather,mainly in the precipitous low mountains.
