摘　　要：目的研究SOX2蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法收集80例结直肠癌手术标本及20例正常的肠黏膜标本,采用免疫组化法检测SOX2蛋白在标本中的表达情况。结果 SOX2蛋白在正常肠黏膜中不表达,在结直肠癌中高表达,表达率为41.3%。SOX2表达水平与TNM分期、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、组织学分化程度、Ki-67和p53基因表达水平均相关(P<0.05)。SOX2高表达组患者术后的5年生存率和无瘤生存率分别为39.4%和21.2%,低表达组患者分别为95.7%和83.0%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论 SOX2蛋白在正常结直肠黏膜组织中不表达,在结直肠癌组织中表达率高,并可作为预测结直肠癌转移和预后的生物学指标。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of SOX2 protein in colorectal cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of SOX2 protein in 80 colorectal cancer tissues and 20 normal bowel mucosa tissues.Results The SOX2 protein was not expressed in normal bowel mucosa,but it highly expressed in colorectal cancer,and the positive rate was 41.3%.The expression of SOX2 was correlated with TNM staging,tumor infiltration depth,lymph node metastasis,the expression of Ki-67 and p53（P〈0.05）.5-year overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate of the highly expressed SOX2 group were 39.4% and 21.2%,respectively;while in the lowly expressed SOX2 group were 95.7% and 83%,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups（P=0.000）.Conclusion The SOX2 protein is not expressed in normal colorectal mucosal,but highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues.Expression level of SOX2 protein is a useful marker for predicting the metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
