摘  要:目的:分析龙舌兰科植物剑麻花挥发油化学成分组成。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对其进行定性和定量分析。结果:通过HP MSD化学工作站检索NIST标准质谱图库,共分离鉴定出24个化合物。其中含量最多的是(E)-5-十九碳烯(55.33%)。结论:采用气相色谱-质谱法分析剑麻花挥发油的化学组分,为剑麻的进一步研究及开发利用提供了科学依据。OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical components of essential oil from Sisal flower by GC-MS. METHODS Essential oil was extracted by steam distillation(SD). The chemical components of essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS. RESULTS Through HP MSD Chemistry-Station, searching the NIST standard mass-spectrometry library, a total of 24 compounds were identified. The main component is Z-5-Nonadecene (55.33 % ). CONCLUSION Adopting GC-MS to analyze the chemical components of essential oil of sisal flower, the study can provide scientific basis for further research and development of Sisal.
