摘 要:以杭州机床集团有限公司生产的MKL7120数控成形磨床的中腰导轨移动式立柱为研究对象,根据立柱的结构特点构建立柱的热网络模型,通过实验测量立柱热稳态下特殊点处的温度值并结合所建的热网络模型反求出流入立柱的热流强度。利用仿真软件Multisim11,将反求结果作为已知的热流源代入所建立的热网络电路中,仿真得到热网络中所有节点的温度数据,并与实验数据进行对比,其误差小于2%,从而进一步验证了模型的正确性和合理性。利用该模型对主轴转速和磨头滑块移动速度进行了相关的特性分析,为进一步研究立柱瞬态温度场和热变形提供了重要的数据。A waist rail mobile column of MKL7120 CNC forming grinder made in Hangzhou Machine Tool Group Co. , Ltd. was taken as research subject. A thermal network model was constructed according to the structural characteristics of the upright column. The thermal network model and the upright column's temperature(through experiment) at special points measured on the thermal steady state was used into reversing the heat flow intensity. Then using the circuit simulation software Multisim11,and put the reversing results into the thermal network model which had already been established to solve all nodes' temperature of the thermal network. Then comparing the nodes' temperature data with those experimental data, the errors is less than 2 %. That demonstrates the established model is correct and reasonable. This model used to analyse the characteristics of spindle speeds and the speeds of the grinding head slider provides important data for the further studies of transient temperature field and thermal deformation of the upright column.
