摘　　要：武汉交通职业学院是省级示范院校,其物流管理专业是省级示范重点专业,在建设过程中形成了"学岗就"三态递进的工学结合人才培养模式,该模式的研究成果获得了湖北省教学成果二等奖,文中介绍了其人才培养模式改革的成功案例,供同行参考借鉴。Wuhan Technical College of communications is the demonstration college at the provincial level,the logistics management is provincial demonstrative key major.Our logistics management in the construction forms the talents cultivation model based on work-study combination of three states process of ＂learning-position-job＂.The research results obtained the second prize in teaching achievements in Hubei province,this paper introduces successful cases of the reform of talents cultivation model,to provide reference for their colleagues.
