新时期高等职业院校学生就业工作的思考

摘　　要：毕业生就业工作关乎国计民生,关乎高职院校的发展前途。本人认为高职毕业生就业工作有两大战略:"一把手"工程战略和内涵建设战略。通过"一把手"工程的实施,统一思想,营造氛围,挖掘各方面潜力,提高就业率;通过加强内涵建设,培养名牌的特色学生,从而提高就业质量和就业率,以"出口畅"带动"入口旺",实现良性循环。Graduates employment relates to people＇s livelihood and the future development of Higher Vocational Colleges.The author thinks that vocational graduates＇ employment works on two major strategies,namely,Number One Project Strategy and Content Constructoin Strategy.The implementation of Number One Project Strategy can unify thinking,create atmosphere,and tap the potential in all aspects to increase the employment rate.Strengthening the content construction can cultivate brand graduates with special characteristics so as to improve the quality of employment and employment rate.
