摘　　要：智力援疆是国家在新时期西部大开发进程中,针对新疆对人才和技术的需要而实施的一项政策,它的实施适应了新疆现阶段的经济社会发展需要,已经取得了阶段性的成果。对智力援疆实施的必要性、进展状况和存在的制约性因素进行了分析,并对进一步推进智力援疆的路径选择作了深入地分析和探讨。Intelligence support for Xinjiang is a policy for the demands for talent and technology in Xinjiang in the process of the Great Western Development in the New Period,it hasa met the needs of XinJiang economic and social development at the present stage,and has achieved initial results.This article analyzes the necessities of intelligence support for Xinjinang,its progress,the restrictive factors and makes a deeply analysis and discussion on how to promote the intelligence support for Xinjinang further.
