摘　　要：大学毕业生的就业问题一直是近年来的社会热点问题之一。大学生就业形势的严峻,无疑对他们的综合能力提出了更高的要求。本文根据对凯里学院毕业生进行的相关调研,分析了民族地区高校毕业生就业趋向,探讨毕业生相应的就业对策。The employment of university graduates has been one of the hot issues in recent years.Severe employment situation puts forward much higher requirements for university graduates.The present study makes an investigation on the students at Kaili University by analyzing the employment tendency of university graduates in ethnic areas and exploring corresponding countermeasures.
