恶性肿瘤骨转移放射治疗止痛的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析102例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者的放射治疗止痛效果。方法采用6MV X线或者6～12Mev电子线体外照射。不同分割方式及照射方法对骨转移癌进行放射治疗。结果我科2006～2010年对102例恶性肿瘤伴骨转移患者进行了放射治疗,止痛总有效率达94.12%。结论放射治疗对恶性肿瘤骨转移止痛效果疗效确切可靠,可作为恶性肿瘤骨转移患者止痛治疗的首选方法。Objective To analyze retrospectively the effect of radiotherapy for 102 patients with pain of bone metastases. Methods External beam radiotherapy was used by 6MV X-ray irradiation or 6 to 12 Mev electronic wire irradiation. And the different fraction therapy methods were usd for the patients with pain of bone metastases. Results All of the 102 patients with pain of bone metastases successfully accomplished the radiotherapy, and the total effective rate was 94.12%. Conclusion Radiotherapy could be considered to be preferred method of malignant tumor pain of bone metastases for its definite curative effect.
