摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在无症状老年精神病患者心脏功能检测中的应用价值。方法 60岁以上、病程5年以上、NYHA心功能标准分级正常的精神病患者60例,健康老人30例作为对照。根据彩色多普勒超声检测左室射血分数、短轴缩短率判断心功能。结果两组左室射血分数存在显著性差异,短轴缩短率存在显著性差异。结论老年精神病患者在无临床症状阶段,其心脏功能已经发生明显衰退,容易出现急性心功能不全,甚至猝死。Objective To investigate color Doppler ultrasound in cardiac function monitor in aged mental patients with asymptomatic cardiac dysfunction. Methods Sixty over 5-years course, above 60 years mental patients, who had normal heart function according to NYHA, and 30 healthy controls were recruited for this study. The left ventricular ejection fraction and fractional shortening were measured by color Doppler ultrasound to assess heart function. Results Statistically highly significant differences were observed in LVEF. Significant differences were also found in FS. Conclusion In the stage of no clinical symptom, the cardiac function of aged mental patients have been declined obviously, prone to acute heart failure, and even sudden death.
