摘　　要：Th17细胞是近年来新发现的一种T细胞亚群。研究发现，Th17细胞与克罗恩病等免疫性疾病关系密切，IL-23／Th17轴及Th17分泌的多种细胞因子在炎性介质反应性肠病中具有重要作用。本文就Th27细胞与克罗恩病的相关性研究做一全面综述。As a novel T cell population, Th17 cells are demonstrated to play an important role in autoimmune diseases, including Crohn＇ s disease. Several recent studies indicate the specific contributions of IL- 23/Th17 axis and cytokines secreted by Th17 cells to the inflammatory bowel disease. This article is dedicated to describe the correlation between Th17 cells and Crohn＇ s disease.
