论应用型本科院校精细化教学管理的实施——以南昌工程学院为例

摘　　要：精细化管理是一种以最大限度地减少管理所占用的资源和降低管理成本为主要目标的管理方式。如何在应用型本科院校实施精细化管理以提高学校综合办学效益,是教学管理者需要不断思考的课题。以南昌工程学院为例,从学校教学管理精细化的基础和存在的问题入手,探讨实施精细化教学管理的路径和方法。Meticulous management is a kind of management idea,whose main goal is to minimize resources and reduce the cost of management to the greatest extent.It is a task for the teaching administrators to implement the meticulous management so as to improve the comprehensive teaching efficiency in the application-orientated colleges.Taking the teaching management in Nanchang Institute of Technology for example,we discuss and propose some approaches and methods to realize meticulous management based on the current situation and existing problems in the process of implementing meticulous management.
