摘　　要：究竟什么是创新能力?创新能力可以通过哪些方式或者手段得到培养及加强?创新能力如何反映到学员培养的实践中?本文从创新能力的内涵出发,探索生物实验教学与创新能力培养间的内在规律,进一步提升军校生物学科实验建设的水平、更好地服务于国防科技人才培养。What does the innovative capacity mean？ How to cultivate and strengthen it？ How does it show in the students＇ cultivation？ We try to explore the intrinsic relation between the teaching of biological experimentation and the cultivation of Innovative capacity in order to improve the construction of biological experimentation and better serve the cultivation of personnel for national defense technology.
