摘　　要：伴随着生命科学的飞速发展,生物技术专业的内涵也逐渐得到丰富和发展,对该专业拔尖创新人才的培养也提出新要求。生物技术专业的交叉学科背景使它具有知识多元化的特点。这就要求其人才培养必须重视多元化知识结构的建立和多元化思维方式的培养。Along with the rapid development of life science, the connotation of biotechnology has been enriched and renewed. This, at the same time, brings about a new challenge to the cultivation of special talents. The multidisciplinary quality of biotechnology results in the fact that it has the characteristics of plural knowledge. Therefore, the cultivation of innovative talents of biotechnology must emphasize the construction of plural knowledge structure and the cultivation of mulftiple ways of thinking.
