摘 要:提出了基于25MN摩擦压力机生产线的钩尾框调头分段模锻的工艺方案,利用DEFORM-3D软件分别对钩尾框的整体锻造和调头分段模锻成形过程进行数值模拟,结果表明采用调头分段模锻工艺来生产钩尾框可以大大地降低单次成形载荷,但成形结束后锻件的焊接支架部位存在少量填充不满型腔的缺陷。然后对工艺方案进行优化,且对优化后的方案进行数值模拟分析,结果表明采用优化后的工艺方案,锻件可以在型腔内填充饱满,且最大成形载荷对比优化前下降10.1MN。最后在实际生产车间进行试模,试模结果表明优化后的工艺满足实际生产要求。A U-turn sub-die forging process for coupler yokes based on 25 MN friction press production lines was put forward. The software DEFORM-3D was used for simulating the processes of both overall forging and U-turn sub-die forging for coupler yokes. The simulation results showed that the maximum forming lord in U-turn sub-die forging process was reduced much than that in overall forging process. However, there was defect that the die cavity in the welding brackets of the forging can't be filled full in the U-turn sub-die forging process. Then, the process plan was optimized and the optimized process was simulated. The simulation results showed that the die cavity of the forging can be filled full in the optimized process. What's more, the maximum forming load was 10.1 MN less than that in the previous process. At last, a production test was done in the workshop. The results show that the opOnized process can meet the production requirements.
