摘　　要：目的:利用2008年黑龙江省5个贫困农村地区卫生服务家庭健康询问调查资料,分析低收入地区农村居民慢性非传染性疾病的经济负担情况。方法:运用多阶段系统抽样方法获得调查对象,考察贫困地区农村居民的两周患病率和慢性非传染性疾病患病率情况,并分析相应的经济负担。结果:3 000户共9 549人的调查对象中,两周患病率为15.71%(1 501/9 549),慢性非传染性疾病患病率为15.71%(1 500/9 549),慢性非传染性疾病患者的年总医疗支出为4 232 461.12元,占年总收入的20%;而非慢性非传染性疾病人群的年总医疗支出为1 388 308.21元,占年总收入的10%。结论 :2008年黑龙江省贫困农村地区农村居民的两周患病率略低于同年度的全国农村地区水平(17.7%),慢性非传染性疾病患病率则略高于同年度的全国农村地区水平(14%),慢性非传染性疾病的经济负担高于非慢性非传染性疾病人群。Objective： To use health services family health survey data of five poor rural areas in Heilongjiang Province in 2008, to analyze the economic burden of chronic non-communicable diseases of low-income rural residents. Method： Survey objects was selected though Multi-stage systematic sampling, to learn two weeks prevalence and the prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases in poor rural areas, and the corresponding economic burden is analyzed. Result： 9 549 people in 3 000 family were surveyed. Two weeks prevalence was15.71% （1 50119 549） , the prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases was 15.71% （1 500/9 549） , the total medical expenditure of patients with chronic non-communicable diseases and nonchronic non-communicable diseases respectively were 4 232 461.12 RMB, and 1 388 308.21 RMB , accounted for 20% and 10% of the total revenue. Conclusion： Two weeks prevalence of poor rural areas in Heilongjiang Province was slightly lower than the national level in rural areas （17.7%） in 2008, the prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases was slightly higher than the national level in rural areas （14%）.
