摘　　要：目的研究孜然种子中的化学成分。方法石油醚脱脂后的孜然种子用70%乙醇提取,利用Combiflash快速制备色谱、柱层析、薄层层析及重结晶等方法从二氯甲烷部位中分离得到6个化合物,通过MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、HSQC、HMBC、DEPT现代波谱技术鉴定它们的结构。结果分离得到的6个化合物经鉴定分别为豆甾醇(I)、3β-乙酰氧基-12-齐墩果烯-11-酮(II)、3β-乙酰氧基-16β-羟基-12-齐墩果烯-11-酮(III)、芹菜素(IV)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(V)、胡萝卜苷(VI)。结论化合物I～VI均为首次从孜然中分离得到。AIM To study the constituents from the seed of Cuminum cyminum L..METHODS Seeds of Cuminum cyminum L.,degreased with petroleum ether,were extracted with 70% aqueous ethanolic.Six chemical compounds were isolated from the dichloromethane fraction by Combiflash preparative chromatography,column chromatography,thin-layer chromatography and recrystallization,and structurally identified by spectroscopic analysis method,including MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HSQC,HMBC,DEPT.RESULTS Six compounds were identified as stigmasterol（I）,3β-acetoxy-12-oleanen-11-one（II）,3β-O-acetyl-16β-hydroxy-11-oxoolean-12-en（III）,apigenin（IV）,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside（V）,daucosterol（VI）.CONCLUSION Compounds I ~ VI are obtained from the plant for the first time.
