外伤后继发性青光眼的临床法医学鉴定

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性青光眼的临床法医学鉴定及其鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析我们鉴定的13例青光眼患者的资料,根据病史资料和伤后眼科检查结果进行伤残等级鉴定。结果 13例青光眼患者中,外伤后继发性青光眼10例,病理性青光眼3例。结合患者病史资料及伤后视力鉴定为轻微伤2例、轻伤9例、重伤2例。结论在外伤后继发性青光眼患者的临床法医学鉴定中,首先应确认患者有明确的眼外伤病史,然后根据患者病史资料并结合伤后视力、视野进行伤残等级鉴定。Objective To probe into the clinical forensic medicine expertise methods and differential diagnosis of traumatic glaucoma.Methods A retrospective study was carried on the expertise data of clincal in 13 cases of traumatic glaucoma,according to the results of ophthalmic examination to accredit the disability of injury grade.Results In 13 patiens of traumatic glaucoma,there were 10 traumatic cases,3 pathologic cases.According to the results of ophthalmic examination,there were 2 cases of slight injury,9 middle and 2 serve.Conclusion The diagnosis points of affirming traumatic secondary glaucoma,including definite history of ocular injury.The degree of injury should be come outon the basis of traumatic changes of visual acuity and visual field after definite diagnosis and necessary therapy.
