摘　　要：血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)作为血管生成的一个重要调节因素,经过实验证实其在滤过泡瘢痕形成过程中占据着特殊的地位。本文就目前有关VEGF的生物学特征、VEGF在青光眼滤过泡瘢痕形成中的作用以及抗VEGF治疗在防治青光眼滤过泡瘢痕化中的应用等方面的研究进展作一综述。As one of the most important adjustment factors of angiogenesis,vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） has been proved as a special position in the process of glaucoma filtering bleb scarring.This review focuses on biology characteristics of VEGF,the role in the formation of filtering bleb scarring and application of the anti-VEGF drugs for prevention of filtering bleb scarring.
