黄芩内生细菌的分离及抑菌研究

摘　　要：从黄芩根中分离出内生细菌8株,以大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌为供试菌,分别对其液体发酵液进行了抗菌活性的研究。结果表明:黄芩内生细菌对3种供试菌有一定的抑菌活性。Eight strains of endophyte were isolated from root of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, and the antibacterial activities of their fermentation broth against E. coli, Bacillus subtilis and Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach were studied. The results indicated that these eight strains of endophyte in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi have certain an- tibacteria｜ activity against the three kinds of experimental bacteria.
