摘  要:机器鱼由3个箱体组成,它在液体环境中做往复摆动时,箱体良好的密封性是保证其完成工作的首要条件。通过对O形橡胶圈的密封设计原理的分析,设计一种适用于机器鱼箱体静密封结构,并通过有限元分析验证了其合理性。结果表明:设计的橡胶圈具有良好的变形,与端盖及箱体有足够的接触面积;橡胶圈和沟槽及端盖接触部分接触压力分布相对比较均匀,能够达到密封效果。Robotic fish is composed of three boxes, while it doing reciprocating swing in liquid environment, the most important condition to complete its work, is ensured by the good sealing of three boxes. Through analyzing the design theory of the rubber O-ring seal, the static sealing structure which was applicable to the boxes of robotic fish was designed, and its rationality was verified by the finite element analysis. The results show that, the designed O-ring has good deformation, and has sufficient contact area with the end cover and the box body. The contact pressure distribution of the contact area of between O-ring with the sealing groove and the end cover is relatively uniform, and the sealing effect can be achieved.
