摘 要:当今,制造业一方面要加强自身的核心技术能力,另一方面也要强化解决顾客问题的服务能力,加强投入服务化与产出服务化都具有紧迫性。在回顾文献的基础上,基于微笑曲线的观点,以价值链为研究对象,着眼于服务化过程中企业价值链延伸的过程,结合国内外若干制造业企业实现服务化过程的例子,对制造业服务化可供选择的路径进行探讨,指出具有不同能力和特点的制造业企业实现服务化可以依循的四条路径,归纳了各路径的特点、适用对象以及路径的演进规律。With the arrival of the era of service economy, service innovation plays a more and more important to enterprises. Nowadays, the manufacturing on one hand should strengthen their own core technical ability, on role the other hand, it must strengthen the service capability of solving customers' problems. It is urgent for it to strengthen the capability of the input and output servitization. Based on the review of the literature and smiling curve viewpoint, cused the value chain is taken as the research object, and the enterprises value chain's outspread process is foon. The paper takes several servitization processes of manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad as examples, explores the alternative paths of servitization in Manufacturing. The paper points out the four paths which can be followed by the manufacturing enterprises with different abilities and characteristics in the process of servitization. What's more, the paper summarizes the characteristics, the applicable objects and the evolving laws of the four paths.
