摘 要:云计算在带来超计算能力的同时,也给信息资源、知识资源的共享提供了新思路。通过分析云计算的工作原理及服务模式和应急知识"分散、缺少应用需求、共享不足"的现状,将云计算与应急知识管理相结合,在细化应急知识构成和分析运用专有云维护应急知识的基础上,提出了云计算环境下应急知识的共享机制,旨在打破应急决策信息不足或应急知识共享渠道闭塞的现象。While cloud computing brings supercomputing capacity to us, it also provides a new idea about the sharing of information resources and knowledge resources. By analyzing the working principle and service model of cloud computing and the present situation of emergency knowledge which is "decentralized, short of application requirement and deficient in sharing", this paper integrates cloud computing with emergency knowledge management to propose a sharing mechanism for emergency knowledge in the cloud computing environment based on the specifying of emergency knowledge composition, and analysis and application of emergency knowledge for special cloud maintenance in an attempt to overcome the shortage of information for emergency decision-making and remove the blockage of channels for emergency knowledge sharing.
