摘　　要：图书馆信息资源共享平台的建设是主客观因素相互平衡、相互协调的结果,主客观因素在平台的建设和发展过程中起着同等重要的作用。共享平台的服务主体和利用主体相互影响和制约,技术平台、管理平台和标准规范平台在共享平台的构建中各自扮演了重要的角色,存储、整合与获取技术的相互促进和发展,都影响着信息资源共享平台的建设。The construction of the library information sharing platform is the consequence that the subjective factors and objective factors balance and coordinate with each other. They played the same important role among the construction and development of the platform. The service and usage principal influenced and restricted each other. Technology platform, management platform and standard specification platform played the important part in the sharing platform construction. The storage, integrated and access technologies enhanced and developed each other. All of the above influenced many aspects of the information sharing platform construction.
