探析企业中物流培训的误区及解决方法

摘　　要：物流作为企业运营的重要组成部分之一,如何提高物流效率日益受到企业的重视。因而各企业相继开展了多种形式的物流培训工作,但由于不能很好地与物流这一技术的特殊性结合起来,因此难以取得令人满意的效果。从目前企业物流培训的现状分析出发,试图找出提高培训效果的有效途径,并预言随着我国社会经济不断发展、企业物流水平的不断提高,物流培训对企业物流管理发展的作用也将越来越明显。As a vital part of enterprise operation, the improve- ment of logistics efficiency has increasingly caught the attentions of every enterprise, which has resulted in the logistics trainings of different types organized by different enterprises. However, their failure to combine the trainings with the technical specialty of logistics makes it difficult to achieve satisfactory effects. On the basis of the analysis on current enterprise logistics training development, this article tries to find out an effective solution to improve the training effects and predicts that logistics training will certainly be more and more important to enterprise logistics management development with the ongoing development of China＇s society and economy and the continuous improvement of enterprise logistics management.
