地榆升白片治疗住院精神分裂症患者中白细胞减少症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的了解地榆升白片治疗住院精神分裂患者伴发白细胞减少症的疗效。方法对本院63例住院的精神分裂症伴发白细胞减少症的患者,分别使用地榆升白片或小檗胺片治疗3个月。结果通过3个月的治疗,地榆升白片组患者的白细胞总数较治疗前明显改善,未发现明显不良反应,且效果优于小檗胺片组。结论地榆升白片可有效改善住院精神分裂症患者伴发白细胞减少症,疗效优于小檗胺片。Objective To observe the efficacy of Di Yu Sheng Bai tablets in the treatment of Leucopenia for inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods 63 inpatients of schizophrenia with leucopenia in the hospital were divided into two groups,and were given Di Yu Sheng Bai tablets and berbamine hydrochloride tablets respectively.Results After 3 months’ treatment,WBC of the patients in Di Yu Sheng Bai tablets group improved markedly without obvious adverse reaction,and the effect of this group was better than that of the berbamine hydrochloride tablets group.Conclusion Di Yu Sheng Bai tablets can effectively improve the condition of schizophrenia patients with leucopenia,and the effect is better than berbamine hydrochloride tablets.
