组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的研究进展

摘　　要：组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂通过抑制组蛋白去乙酰化酶活性，使组蛋白及非组蛋白发生乙酰化修饰。组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂也可以通过恢复组蛋白乙酰化水平，抑制细胞增殖和诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡，从而表现抗肿瘤活性。在非小细胞肺癌治疗中，组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂可以增强卡铂、紫杉醇、表皮生长因子受体阻滞剂等药物的抗肿瘤效应，为临床药物联合治疗非小细胞肺癌开辟了新的途径。Histone deacetylase inhibitors can induce acetylation of histone proteins and non histone proteins by inhibiting the activity of histone deacetylase. In addition, histone deacetylase inhibitors exhibit antitumor activity by inhibiting cell proliferation and inducing cell apoptosis through a restoration of the histone acetylation level. In treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, histone deacetylase inhibitors can enhance antitumor activity of carboplatin paclitaxel and epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors and so on, which open a new way to treat non-small cell lung cancer for clinical drug combination.
