龈炎病人戴固定矫治器前用派力奥治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:对患有牙龈炎的病人在固定矫治前使用派丽奥软膏治疗,评价其在矫治过程中的疗效。方法:选择在我院进行正畸治疗,年龄<18岁并患有牙龈炎的病人60名,首先进行龈上洁治,然后随机分为3组:派丽奥治疗组(A组),碘甘油治疗组(B组),空白对照组(C组),比较正畸治疗前以及治疗中1、3、6个月3组牙周指标(PLI,GI,GD)。结果:A组的GI、PLI、GD与B组相比,在1、3个月有显著差异(P<0.05)与C组相比,在1、3、6个月有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:对患有牙龈炎的正畸病人在正畸前使用派丽奥治疗,正畸治疗的1～3个月内,能有效减轻牙龈炎。AIM： To evaluate the effect of periocline ointment on gingivitis when fixed orthodontic was applied.METHODS： Sixty orthodontic patients with ginqivitis were randomly divided into 3 groups,supragingival scaling plus periocline（group A）,supragingival scaling plus iodine glycerin（group B） and supragingival scaling only（group C）.Plaque index（PLI）,gingival index（GI） and gingival groove depth（GD） were measured and analyzed before and during orthodontic treatment.RESULTS： Periocline plays a good treatment role for group A,the GI,PLI and GD clinical indexes of group A were better than those of group B and C,and the effect was significantly different（P=0.000） from group C after 1,3 and 6 months.Moreover,after 1 and 3 months,the treatment effect on group A was statistical different（P=0.0005） from traditional B group.CONCLUSION： Periocline application can significantly reduce the progress of gingivitis for orthodontic patients.
