摘　　要：分析出平衡计分卡和知识管理绩效评价的关系,应用层次分析法从平衡计分卡角度构建了知识管理绩效评价指标体系的三层模糊综合评价模型,结合该模型运用AHP—FCE方法对知识管理绩效进行评价,为知识管理绩效评价提供了可量化的科学评价方法。This article analyzes the relationship between balanced score card and knowledge management performance evaluation, and constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the performance evaluation indicators system based on balanced score card by analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the paper uses the model to evaluate the knowledge management performance by AHP- FCE. A quantifiable scientific evaluation method is provided.
